Singapore Airlines is cool

July 21st, 2007 · No Comments

Did I say that Singapore Airlines is cool?

I am about 1:30 minutes outside of Singapore and even though we have been in the air for over 15 hours I feel pretty good. The seats are comfortable and have a lot of leg and shoulder room. They call this type of seat an ‘Executive Economy’ or something like that. Ai Chihuahua! It is nice.

I plugged my normal 110 volt laptop plug into the power port in my seat and have been using it the entire time I have been awake, which has been about 10 hours or so.

I also got some sleep, which for me is a unique thing.  It probably is all of the space I have.  I think I am a closet claustrophobic.  Wait a minute.  That would be bad.

I have to meet the guys at the place where I am doing training at 11 am (It is 3:30 am right now) so hopefully I will be able to get through customs, grab a taxi and get to the hotel in time to grab some sleep before heading over there.

The guy sitting next to me is a UK native who is living in Singapore for a couple of years. He told me that the Night Safari is pretty cool. I wonder if I could do that tonight. He also said there is a place where you can go and take a boat over to an island and walk around in the jungle. I have been in the jungles of Singapore and the heat was what you might say was a tad ‘wet’.

Anyway, I wonder if Singapore Airlines flights are available to fly on anywhere in the world…
